\\ Clip/s created for Ford Turneo Custom 2024 exterior panel trim.
\\ Not wanting to wait for delivery, I decided to remake my own clips for the Ford Turneo exterior panel trim as the originals somehow got lost/fell out and the whole trim oscillated , creating an annoying sound.
The original can be seen below:

\\ Print Settings
I have my own .3mf files in the folder section. At first I printed the clip using PETG @ 0.25n 0.15mm at an angle for ease of support removal and lateral strength as shown below. But my PET-G was old, wet, hence brittle. [I included .3mf for this as well, your results may vary]

Printing with Hard Flex 92A yields best results for strength and flexibility. I would recommend only printing with TPU. [Files included as well]

\\ Check yourself if the clip is held properly. I recommend adding isolation layer as seen on the original clip, eg. cutting an inner tube.
