What makes it special
I made this cube to give you a choice inside. One inner piece has a flat edge that sits smoothly against the outer part, and the other is the standard inner piece, where you can see the rings from outside.
Colors matter here. I pair shades from opposite sides of the color scheme, and that contrast is what makes the inner piece stand out against the outer shell.
It also works with my Triangle Passthrough, as long as you print both at the same size. The files are All Pieces, Outer Piece, Flat Inner Piece, and Circular Inner Piece.
Print settings
Infill: 0%-10% (at 0% there is no overhang)
Filament: PLA
Supports: NO
Brim: NO
XY Compensation: -0.35 (inner piece)
Fit tip
In PrusaSlicer, set XY Size Compensation to -0.35 for the inner pieces only, since this model has separate inner pieces. Leave the outer piece alone. If an inner piece does not fit, reprint it with that setting in place.
