Here I present my work from the past few weeks.

Description:

I’ve been experimenting with several prototypes of this model and am now satisfied with version 1 of my case for the Raspberry Pi 4, which includes a built-in 5V power supply and a 2-channel relay module.

This case integrates all three components into the smallest possible space I could manage, while still allowing for proper wire routing and easy installation of connectors and cables. The wiring is implemented using WAGO 221-415 and WAGO 221-413 connectors.

Additionally, the lid features holes for three push buttons. One of them functions as a toggle switch to turn the 5V power from the power supply to the terminal block on or off. The other two buttons are used to manually turn the 3D printer or the LED lighting installed on the 3D printer on or off.

To ensure correct wiring, I created a circuit diagram with corresponding labels and connection points for each component, which is also included.

I want to emphasize that this project involves working with 230V, and such work must only be carried out by qualified electricians.

I used black PETG as the material, but I do not recommend it, as the labels on the inside and outside of the case are very difficult to read.

The lid has integrated holes for M2 screws. These screws can be installed into heat-set threaded inserts, for which holes are already provided in the case.

I integrated the buttons using the OctoPrint Enclosure Plugin:
