In order to use the other prop tools such as https://www.printables.com/model/738324-whoop-prop-removal-tool or https://www.printables.com/model/1102461-micro-whoop-prop-removal-tool-air75, a clearance is needed to get the tool under the prop. However, it seems out of factory, these props are fully pressed down and provide no such clearance making the tool difficult to use.
This print allows you to mount the motor and use pliers or anything you want to forcefully remove the prop from the motor without damaging the motor body itself or the frame. You should probably remove the motors with prop on from the frame completely first before using this tool to minimize unintended damages to other components.
I printed mine in PETG for a little flex without breaking but PLA should probably work as well.
Remember when replacing the props, leave enough CLEARANCE for the other tool so you don't have to do this every time you need to change props.
This tool wasn't designed to last forever and will suffer from joint fatigue so inspect before each use so you don't accidentally fling your motor across the room.
