IMPORTANT: If you use the upper part of the pedal with large force, it lift up the front part of the pedal. This is solved with a screw and a nut. If you use the middle part of the pedal this doesn't happen.
Closed size is: 21.5 cm
Open size is: 32.5 cm
For printing I suggest that you print the connector piece and the 2 test pieces. One should be snug fit the other should be able to slide easily. If these work as expected you can print the rest of the files without any support.
I used %15 infill for every part except the pin. Pin is printed with %100 infill since it is a small piece and it takes the majority of the force.
If you want to keep this on all the time you can use a M3 or M4 (I don't have it currently to test which fits best) screw with an nut, otherwise there pin in the bottom of the connector piece to lock it in. Also read the Important.
I am still testing this model and I'll update if necessary. Any feedback is appreciated.
