The Saw Blade center is about 12mm and the blade is 10in. I was looking for something that sat as close to the wall as possible. Also thought it would be fun if you could swing it. The design is 2 pieces the part that mounts to the wall and the clip that holds the blade in.
First mount the hanger with a nail, then place your saw blade, then insert the clip. The clip has some tabs that dont do much, so the mount is mostly a friction fit.
PRINT SETTINGS & MATERIAL:
Material: SUNLU PLA CLEAR
Height: .2mm For hanger. .15mm For clip.
Infill: 15% Gyroid. This is my default.
Print Speed: Slow for clip. Fast for hanger
