The shift knob features an internal M10×1.25 thread, allowing it to be screwed directly onto the original shift lever.
Printing:
The model is designed for FDM printing. The exact print orientation and settings can be adjusted depending on the chosen material and printer.
Recommended:
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Infill: 25–40 %
Walls: 3–5
Material: PETG or ABS/ASA
For a shift knob, PETG, ABS or ASA may be preferable for better temperature resistance, especially when the car is parked in direct sunlight.
Notes:
Check the dimensions and thread compatibility before printing and installation. The model was designed specifically around the Mazda 2 DE shift lever with M10×1.25 threading.
Feel free to modify the model to create your own shape, surface finish or dimensions. Included with .step model for your own modify.
