Description
These trays are a snap-fit remix version of Polymorphic's More Modules Build Trays. I needed a snap-fit version of Polymorphic's trays so I could stack trays high without worry of trays toppling over. These snap-fit trays allow me to stack trays and move them from one place to another with less chance of a tray falling off the stack.
Features
Snap-fit protrusions on the bottom of each tray
Snap-fit grooves on the inside of the trays that allow the protrusions to lock in to
Separation tolerance - the snap-fits were designed with approx. 0.4 - 0.8 mm of tolerance so the trays could be pulled apart slightly in order to pull or pry them apart. Pull or pry the trays apart at the corners using a fingernail or pry tool.

Print Notes
If possible, paint the seams in your slicer away from the vertical wall portion of the snap-fit protrusions. I usually put the seam on the wall between the corner and snap-fit protrusion by painting the inside and outside wall between those two points. It is best for proper snapping if the seam is not on the inside or outside wall where the protrusion is located, put the seam to the left or right of the protrusion.
Any warping, even a small amount, might mess up the snap lock functionality so make sure your trays stay flat on the heat bed. I use Dimafix glue on smooth PEI sheets and have zero warping issues. I also have success without glue on satin and textured sheets for the smaller trays that print quicker. The 2x4 and 2x2 trays I use glue to be safe.
