I have an ESR Halolock charger for my iPhone which i had mounted to the air vents in my Vauxhall Corsa, unfortunately the clip snapped unexpectedly.
I created a more sturdy vent mount for this charger but this should be compatible with other chargers that also use a similar mechanism. The ball diameter is 17mm.
This should also fit other GM/Opel/Vauxhall cars that have similar air vents (Corsa/Astra/Adam).
Mounting requires 4x M3 screws and nuts 10-15mm length, or 2 M3 screws and nuts of at least 38mm length.
The mount is best printed in the orientation it is mounted in but supports will be needed and slow speed for the ball, as you can see in the photos there was some deformation on the underside on my prints.
Print in PETG or ASA as PLA will not be able to withstand the temperature fluctuations in a car.
The photographed mount is eSUN PETG Black 0.6mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 235/80 degrees on an Ender3-s1.
