Well, my bike got stolen and with it the light mounts, but I still have the bike lights. So here is a replacement. It mounts with O-ring sealing rings around a tube. There is a 5mm x 11mm hole to glue a magnet in. Pay attention to the direction of the magnet (N/S) so the lights get attracted and not repelled. I used a bit of superglue and some round 5x5mm cylindrical neodym magnets. Just push them in until they sit flush with the surface and let it dry.
There is also a small hole in the pocket to allow water to drain if mounted upright.
No support needed while printing.
Update:
I added a version that uses zip-ties to attach it to the bike. To prevent it from slipping around, place a small piece of double sided tape or Tesa Strip underneath it.
