I used 1010 extrusions and 3D printed that braces and wheel mounts.

There is an assembly tab in the OnShape file that shows where all the pieces go.
You can make it as tall or wide as you want. You could use the 8020 brackets too for a stiffer system, but I printed to save money. Those brackets can be expensive.
