Customizable Duct Flange (OpenSCAD)
Create your own duct flange with this highly customizable OpenSCAD script. This design allows for both circular and square face shapes, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Features:
- Face Customization: Choose between a circular or square face. Define the width and thickness according to your requirements.
- Collar Details: Adjust the outer diameter, length, and thickness of the collar. An optional lip can also be added for enhanced fitting.
- Bolt Hole Adjustments:
- For circular faces, specify the number of bolt holes.
- For square faces, decide on having corner holes and determine the number of bolt holes per side.
- Control bolt hole diameter, with options for counterboring and countersinking.
- Automatic & Manual Hole Placement: Opt for automatically centered hole placement or define custom distances.
Instructions:
- Adjust the parameters in the OpenSCAD customizer or directly in the script.
- Preview the design.
- Render and export as STL for 3D printing.
- Print without supports.
