Instructions:
- Buy a 25 mm, 30 mm, or 40 mm elastic band depending on your personal preference. The recommended length for one belt is around 100 cm ± 20 cm. For example, you can use Auckpure 20 Metre Rubber Band Black Width 10mm 20mm 30mm 40mm Rubber Bands Sewing 4 Pieces for Trouser Rubber DIY Craft Fabrics for Sewing - Not Easily Deformable - Elastic Ribbon (Black) : Amazon.de: Home & Kitchen
- Print the file depending on your chosen band width. All parts are oriented in the right direction. Support is only needed here.:

- Remove the support. Use a file at the two edges to adjust the stiffness of the mechanism to your personal preference. It should lock in by default but might be very stiff. I recommend using lubricant as well.

- Thread the elastic band through the printed parts as shown in the picture. Be mindful of the orientation of the printed parts. Sew or glue the ends together to finish the belt.

Description:
This is an easy-to-print, fast-to-use belt buckle with an adjustment slider. It supports multiple band widths, and you can modify the step file using the "move face" feature in most CAD programs to adjust the width for custom sizes. The length of the band can be adjusted at any time with the included slider. A large part of the belt buckle lays flat on the print bed, making it easy to add text or logos (pay attention to the orientation of the logo!).

Have fun with this model. 😊
If you have any question feel free to ask the in the comments.
P.S.: If anyone could tell me why there are two holes for the band on the left side and only one on the right side, this would be really cool. I am not a fashion expert, so I just copied this design from virtually all other belt models, but it seems odd and asymmetric to me. 😅
