This mounts one of these types of throttles to a round tube frame for an electric motorcycle conversion. The tube to which I am mounting it is 26mm diameter. Let me know if you'd like me to modify it for a different tube size.
I drew it to be fairly beefy for my preferences, I suppose it didn't need to be, but I wanted it to last. I'd print in PETG for a little bit of flexibility so that it can bend a bit as needed for a secure mount, but PLA should be fine. You could also use thin strips of rubber or non-slip something to make it even more secure.
