I came up with an idea to add additional lights to the tailgate of my Volvo XC70.
I used a 12V 2W LED light with RED and White diode. Can be alternated with other colors. Connected to the power tool battery so just in case, it will not drain the car battery. I separately connect white and red, so the total power is 2x2W of the one color.
Printed parts require a little bit of support. I printed mine with PLA, for testing.
recommend PETG or nylon.
Lights fit perfectly into the space of the mount.
two holes are prepared for screwing from the inside of the plastic parts.
