5C Collet Wall Rack (44 collets)

Wall rack for storing 44 x 5C Collets.

Features;

• Angles the collets 5 degrees to ensure easy access and no chance a collet falls out.
• Simple design to be printed without supports
• Printed inserts protect the collet from touching wood, which could accelerate dryness/rusting
• Attaches to a wall using 4 screws

PLEASE READ, For this complete project;

• You must print TWO “Side Brackets”, I used Hyper PLA, Creality Slicer “Normal” profile
• You must print FOURTY-FOUR inserts. These are designed to be a snug/press fit 
• Cut two pieces of wood/plywood 460 x 90 x 12 mm and drill 44 x holes 35mm in diameter (SEE PDF GUIDE!)
• The boards/panels are a loose fit in the brackets. I reccomend installing one bracket to the wall, both panels and then push the 2nd bracket tight sideways against the panels making for a snug fit. Then the 2nd panel can be screwed in place. Alternatively you can simply add a few small screws through the front of the brackets into the wood panels.
• The inserts have a “flat/cutout" on one side. Use this side to face inwards allowing for the inserts to fit with a gap (see photo)
