This is a tiny, 2-piece adapter that is meant to pop into the middle of your Loop Earplugs and allow you to insert a walkie-talkie/radio earpiece. Most earpieces on Amazon come with an isolating tip as an option for dampening noise in your environment, but I find that they go too deep into my ear while the Loops are much more comfortable.

This was modeled using the dimensions of the Engage versions, without the mutes. In theory, these should work with any other similarly-shaped versions of Loop earplugs. I also used this earpiece as a reference for the stem size.

Since I don't own any soft-plastic filament, I printed this using regular PLA. It snaps into the loop with a little bit of force, and can easily be removed. If you manage to print it with TPU or the like, post a make and let me know how it goes!

Printing Notes - PLA

Considering how tiny the part is, you'll likely need to use a 0.25mm nozzle. I've printed it on a 0.05mm layer height with standard settings and a brim to keep it on the build plate. You shouldn't need supports for either piece.
