This is a carrying case for Framework Laptop expansion cards. It can hold two standard expansion cards, one larger Ethernet module, the original service tool, and extra pockets (not pictured) for e.g. screws. It is inspired by the original but has many changes, most noticeably the hinged design which resembles the laptop itself.
It is printed in two parts and uses standard 1.75mm filament for hinge pins. A version accommodating 6mm × 3mm magnets (4 spots, or 8 total) allows for a secure snap closure.
Print with the outside faces on the print bed. No supports are required. 10-15% infill is sufficient.
The fit with respect to rotation is purposefully snug so that it snaps into open and closed positions. If it's too tight, sand the top rear rounded corner of the bottom piece just a bit.
