This is a, light-weight minimalist protective boot for a HoverAir X1. The X1 conveniently slips into a large pocket, pointless having a boot that reduces this convenience. Made from 83 shore TPE, it is 1mm thick (but with an extra 1mm protection at the edges). Fill is gyroid 20%, deliberately not solid to provide impact absorption and protect the drone. The top of the boot is open because the top of the drone is effectively a solid side. The boot does come up beyond the drone top surface to give protection. The only post processing required is to cut through the flexible clip [print] retainers with a scalpel (put in place to aid accurate printing and a close fit).
Prints right way up with no support.
