Print in materials with high temperature resistance like PETG for best durability. Model should be oriented flat side down and if possible printed at 100% infill to minimize any deformation when heated.
The Kywoo3D Tycoon Max printer is a great design with one clear shortcoming: the single gear printhead, which is heavy as well. To remedy a sloppy extruder I went on a tangent and remixed the VzBot printed Printhead design by Simon Vez to…
The original cooling setup for the Tycoon uses a single 4010 fan placed under the extruder, which is insufficient for effective airflow. Although other setups with 5015 fans exist, they tend to be complicated and do not make use of the…
After buying a kywoo tycon on ebay for cheap I decided to get the printer working. I testet the design for now 3 month and had no issues. Main issues I had: Heatbed cable is unsafe Powersupply was not earthed Kywoo Mainboard has loud…

I created this as a belt cover for the Kywoo Tycoon Max. I was having issues with my beard getting caught in the pulley and being ripped out while observing the first layer. I got sick of this. So here we go.. The Beard Saver 9000/Belt…
An extra soft pad can be made from a simple rubber eraser under the factory feet of the "Kywoo Tycoon Slim" printer. In this way, we can significantly reduce the transmission of harmful vibrations to the workbench. This also reduces the…
When printing in idex autopark mode, there will alway be wasted filament on both heatends. To avoid it lying all over the desktop, I made this Filament Poop Bins, which fit on both sides of the heatbed. The most of the filament waste is…

About The Kywoo LED accessory comes with long cables and a white (3d printed) switch mount. This looks messy and out of place, so this is a cover to blend it in a bit and hide some cables. Works great with PLA / PETG. (Can use a…

I created this filament holder for my Tycoon Max. Initially, the PTFE tube goes through the opening a little tightly, but over time the PTFE will then be easier to pass through. I purposely designed it so that after some time, the PTFE…
The holder for the sunshade on the side of my Little Bamboo 125 roof tent by Vickywood broke when I tried to packdown the tent without lowering the sunshades first. So I remodeled the holder to print a replacement that fits like the…
