About
I used hole in the doors of the Original Prusa MINI Enclosure as an entry point for filament PTFE tube. Moved handle for fingers a bit lower, and added magnetic coupler in there for s 6x2mm magnets, which are popular in gridfinity sets.

Based on
Notice those models have different conflicting licenses so I cannot use them as a reference (printables.com limitation)
- Magnetic PFTE coupler adapter for Prusa Mini filament sensor - Just extracted coupler, made magnets compatible with 6x3mm magnets, which are common with gridfinity set
- Prusa Enclosure Printable Parts - Door Handle adjusted to be similar to the one used by Prusa Mini Encosure, because original handle is very small
Changelog
- 2024.09.08 - initial v1 version, some marks on the walls because I was lazy in Tinkercad.
Print
- 0.2mm layer, 0.4mm nozzle, 15% infill, PETG or something better recommended to withstand the temperatures inside.
- notice gcode contains moves for my custom timelapse video capture (print head moves to back and then to Z axis), so provided gcode file is just for rough estimation of the print time + required filament,
Assembly
- print
- (optional) use a drill to make 6mm holes nicer for the magnets, 3mm through holes for glue excess behind the magnets,
- (recommended) use a drill to make 4mm for PTFE tube smoother
- insert round magnets, make sure to check polarity with the coupler. Use superglue or hot glue to fix them in place if needed.
- remove original door handle if you have it, extract flat magnets from it
- put flat magnets into a new handle, use superglue or hot glued to fix them in place if needed
- screw the handle to the plastic doors
- put PTFE tube, trim it and put to the printer or the filament sensor.
