NAS 8 Bay HP Mini

NAS enclosure for the HP Mini 600/800 EliteDesk/Prodesk computers.

This is NOT a how to guide, these are parts I made/edited/used for mine and the steps to build it and make it are on you. It is relatively straightforward to figure out. I am mainly sharing these files for others who are asking, not because I'm sharing in attempts to be a tutorial.

This is a WIP, I printed it and only had to drill holes for the HP so that I could mount/secure it via the VESA holes on the bottom to the case outside.

Parts used (My numbers included are what I needed and ordered, determine unit counts for yourself):

• HP Mini, whichever model, as long as it's the same form factor
• HDDs, 3.5
• Power Brick for the HP
• 3mm heat inserts for M3
• Neodymium magnets  8x3mm - 20 or so
• 500W Mini ITX Modular Power Supply - 1x
• 10Gtek M.2 to SATA adapter M Key 6 Port (ASM1166) - 2x
• 3 Pin IEC320 C14 Inlet Male Plug Power Socket - 1x
• Rubber non-slip feet - 4x
• 80mm cooler fan 15mm slim - 2x
• SATA 3 cable .5meter 6 pcs - 90 degree right angle - 2x
• C14 to (C5 + C13) Y splitter power plug - 1x
• Molex to SATA power splitter - 2x (Order enough to cover all HDDs and accessories.)
• SATA 22Pin Male to SATA 22Pin Female adapter - 8x (Order enough to cover all HDDs)
• Cooling fan speed knob controller 12V 4 Pin PWM - 1x
• 22Pin SATA power Extension Cable - Optional, I used this to extend the tiny SATA adapter inside the HP
