Arachnid hero iron-on

It’s super easy to apply. Just follow these steps:

Print: Use the template I’ve already prepared. I set the thickness to 0.32 mm because that’s the ideal thickness: it holds up well but stays flexible.

Position: Place the piece flat on your T-shirt (I recommend using 100% cotton or a cotton blend).

Protect: Cover the entire design with wax paper (baking paper).
Iron: Set the iron to high heat with no steam. Apply firm pressure over the transfer for about 10 to 15 seconds.

Check: Let it cool for a moment and make sure the edges are firmly adhered. If any parts aren’t stuck down, carefully go over them again.

Extra tip: To make sure it stays really secure, turn the T-shirt inside out and iron the inside (always protecting the printed area with the paper).

To make it last longer (Washing and Care):

Washing: Wash at a maximum of 30°C to prevent the print from fading over time.

Dryer: Avoid it at all costs the extra heat will cause the plastic to peel away from the fabric.

Materials: The file is printed in PLA and prints perfectly, but if you want it to be super flexible with a rubbery texture and highly efficient, use TPU.

About this design:

-The profile is optimized to adhere well without leaving a thick patch.

-The surface comes out super smooth because I enabled the “ironing” (smoothing) feature.

-It prints in a couple of minutes and uses very little filament.
