This modular drill guide is designed for precise drilling with a constant and repeatable distance from the edge of the workpiece. Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily adapted to various applications using interchangeable attachments.
The set consists of a main drill guide and three interchangeable attachments:
Attachment for drilling on flat surfaces
Attachment for drilling on round objects or at the edge of a workpiece
Attachment for drilling in profiles or boards with a width of 40 mm
All attachments are fixed to the main guide using four M5 screws, ensuring rigidity and accurate alignment during drilling.
The main guide also allows mounting:
one thumb screw, or
four hex screws,
which can be adjusted or fully removed when drilling at a specific distance from the edge of the material is required.
At the center of the main guide there is a 6 mm drill guide insert, providing improved stability and drilling accuracy.
The body includes a clearly marked center line as well as additional reference lines at distances of:
20 mm
30 mm
40 mm
50 mm
These markings allow for quick and repeatable positioning without the need for additional measuring tools.
This drill guide is well suited for workshop use, woodworking, and assembly tasks where precision and repeatability are essential.
