Why:
The Core One +, and the Mk4s (see my modification for that printer here)  both need the Accelerometer added to improve print quality and noise of the machines. However, the Stock accelerometer mount from Prusa is very tight and difficult to install the PCB and mount it to the printer nozzle. It feels like something is going to break.

What:
Given the Core One L has an accelerometer on the tool head, but away from the nozzle, which is also the same on Bambu machines, it seems very normal to run these tests from a mounted location that is easier to access and less risky to the hotend and toolhead assembly.  This has significantly improved my print quality and reduced noise from the printer.

How to Use this Adapter Plate:

1.  Make sure you have the jumper cable and long pass through cable prepared on the Core One before starting.

2. This small plate requires that you take off the 2 M3x18 screws that hold the hotend fan.

3. Put the plate over the fan, and then insert the screws.  There will be enough threading to ensure a hold.  And Plug in the extension cable to the PCB.

4. Run the input shaper calibration  and then the Phase Stepping Calibration

5. After the Printer updates the values, unplug the PCB cable, remove the Mounting Plate, and then reinsert the M3x18 screws to the hotend fan and make sure all your parts are snug.

6. Happy Printing :D

Settings:
Print at .02mm or 0.25 structural speed (vertically)

PLA/PETG are both good. Takes about 30-35 min.
