Hello everyone! I have fundamentally redesigned the models 11.) Rear Chassis and 12.) Front Chassis to make the assembly and future adjustments significantly easier.
Detailed Changes:
11.) Rear Chassis (Servo Mounting):
The internal space has been expanded. Servos with a side cable exit now have noticeably more room, which makes installation and cable routing vastly easier.12.) Front Chassis (Ball Bearing Mount):
The mounting surface that holds the ball bearing has been separated into a distinct part. Previously, the final assembly with both the servo and ball bearing installed simultaneously was very stiff and tight. If any adjustments were needed later on, both components had to be completely disassembled. Thanks to this separation, the parts can now be installed independently and much more comfortably.
Required Hardware (for Model 12):
3x M3 heat-set inserts (Einschmelzmuttern)
3x M3x10mm socket head cap screws / Allen screws (Inbusschrauben)
Good luck with printing and assembling!
