I used the templates @JBL provided to create a 6x 4-pin and 3x 6-pin panel mount. These were made specifically for my enclosure (which you can find on my profile) but could easily be used in other applications. The tolerances are very tight for the connectors, and I recommend similar print settings to the remixed model.
You will need m2 countersunk screws to secure them.
