Replacement for the Spanninga CC02 cable connector, the small one-piece plug that clamps the power wires into the back of Axendo 40, 40+ and 100 headlights (dynamo and e-bike XE versions). The original part is not sold separately anywhere I could find, and once it's lost the wires just hang loose in the terminals. Printed in PETG, tested and working on my Axendo headlight.
Print settings:
Material: PETG (PLA works but softens in the sun and loosens over time)
Nozzle: 0.4mm, works fine
Layer height: 0.1 mm - Print several copies at once, so each layer has time to cool
Post-processing: small holes tend to print slightly undersized, so I cleaned up the hole with a 2 mm drill bit, turned by hand. Go slowly, you only need to remove a thin layer.
Installation: insert the wires as shown in Spanninga's official CC02 video, then press the connector fully home. A drop of hot glue around the edge keeps it in place and seals out water.
