I recently printed some TUSH rollers for use when I didn't want to load up one of my dryboxes with filament. They're elegant, but the stability leaves something to be desired. I saw a stabilizer foot on Printables (credit at bottom) and thought it was clever. I wanted to make sure the rollers didn't slide around during use. I had some non-slip pads on hand from a different project (non-affiliate link), so I designed my stabilizer around these. As designed, it was a nice snug slip fit. Might need a drop of glue or a bit of scale-up if it's not fitting right for you!
I printed these in PLA; I think you can do whatever and print them at whatever layer/infill/perimeter 😀. Just print them as downloaded and not rotated.
This design was inspired by Wizavich's TUSH Stabiliser. However, I designed my version from scratch, so I'm uploading it as an original and not a remix.
