The narrow one is from a random Discord which i dont find anymore (thanks Discord Search) the wide one i made in tinkercad.
Based on your printers accuracy you might want to print +/- 1 % (mine is spot on).
Also take a knife around the top and bottom edges for possible over extrusion ;)
Print with 3 walls, top, bottom on 0.3 layer height and low infill.
(Or what ever you are comfortable, the jig should be a tight fit and stiff)
