Thanks to @Calmly for this remix. It fixed the twisting issue for me. Since I didn't like the sharp edges on the inner side of the screw I simply removed them. The model looks much cleaner now.
Two versions. You will have to add the support under the teeth and cheekbones. If you are printing horns separately I would suggest tree support from the build plate.
