A custom case for the TS80 soldering iron and two tips.
I was looking to make a soldering station for my new TS80P Iron. I found awl13A's holder and it does an extremely good job of holding the iron so I modified its base to fit my station. The holder swivels and has a hole for a 3mm locking…

Compact Case for Miniware TS80P soldering iron with 2 tip slots. Use 1.75mm filament as the hinge pin.
This is an adapter for the generic holder I bought on amazon. I printed with a stiff tpu filament. No clue how it would work with a ts80 non P iron, buts it also fits a Hakko iron, but not as good. This was the holder I had bought from…
Inserto per supporto saldatore standard per saldatore portatile TS80P. Il saldatore portatile USB-C TS80/TS80P ha un profilo molto sottile e non si adatta ai supporti standard che prevedono un diametro più grande. Questo inserto consente…
I was looking for a small footprint soldering iron holder for the TS80P, and most other options seemed unstable or needed additional parts. I found this version to have the most satisfying fit for the iron, but I wanted to make the whole…

I needed a protective case for my TS80P soldering iron. There are many variants available already, but I was looking for a compact case for the TS80P with one tip only. I couldn't find one which fitted my needs, so I came up with this.…
Disclaimer - This is a proof of concept digital design only. This digital design is for learning purposes only. This digital design is not for production. Primarily based on the excellent TS100 case by Oleg Vint (Olvin)…
This stand can be attached to the widely used Copper Wire Cleaning Box("ball" diameter is 70mm) with two magnets(8mm diameter, 3mm height). It can be moved around(from horizontal to 45degrees in any direction) but it still keeps in…
A storage case for the TS80P soldering iron by Miniware. The case has space for the TS80P soldering iron and five interchangeable tips, as well as a couple storage areas for a USB-C cable, tube of solder wire, or whatever else you can…
Added a different charger and removed the grounding cable, so there could be a small apartment instead.
Those 3x1 Gridfinity Boxes will either hold your TS80 or TS80p Soldering Iron and a Tip or just two extra Tips. Note that I redesigned the base of the Boxes to save some material. You should be able to print that without Support even if…
Modified the stand to hold a smaller (16mm outer diameter) bearing. Reason being this was the bearing I pulled out of a giveaway fidget spinner I found lying around. This does have a smaller hole so the tip will be in the bearing instead…
Modify the Omnifixo design you have on Thingiverse , because the TS80P didn't quite fit. In addition I have designed a reel to contain the solder. The idea is to carry some of the things you need for a solder session out of the workshop.…
Storage box for the TS80P soldering iron with 3 or 4 tips, cable and power suply. As improvements, this can be printed separated and assembled with an M3 screw as hinge.

The lid takes nearly 3 hours to print. It prints with no suports and defualt settings 20% infill you know the drill. This intergrated solder dispencer was desighned to solve the problem that i carry far to much stuff in my ltt workshop…
Gridfinity, it's a never ending story and being a noob, I tried to whack together something for my soldering tools. The funny thing? I can't solder very good and can't model very good either xD This stacked kit can keep the following…
Use this top outer shell to label your case for your TS100, TS101, TS80, TS80P, or Pinecil. This is just the outer case. Go to the original model to pickup the inserts and the bottom half of the shell.
Did not include the seal or the soldering iron model. The fit is spot on (in my opinion), on the firmer side, can be adjusted by heating the inserts. I printed it in PLA+, and I am pleased with it :) Hope it helps you. Cheers! :)
Simple organizer for holdering TS80P soldering pen with its adapter, cable and up to 4 tips. Features Everything holds tight enough even when organiser is flipped. This is useful when organizer is used as infill for some kind of…
Needed a case that I can keep in a different place than my work area. It is bulky so will not fit into a backpack, unless it is large. However, does keep everything together. This will hold the USB adapter, flux and wick, solder tubes and…
Holder uses 608 bearing, M3 Square Nut and Bolt.
In case the original stand is too loose for your case you could give a try to this one. It just has a small bulge in the place it connects to the case and that's it.
If you are a fan of heat inserts you can find many use for them ;) Like I did for this excellent “rugged” version of a case for my TS80p. If you don't like the heatinserts, please find the original here:…
Just a smaller version of the nice TS80P case by Pieterv24 and jcobgad. Small iron likes a small box. It uses 5x2mm magnets to hold the lid closed. I also added the step files, so you can go crazy. All kudoos should goto the original…
You will need to print 2 of these. If you are only printing 1 at a time, make sure to up the part cooling for the last point as it will go gloopy otherwise. I glued these to the case but if someone can make a better one I'd love to see…
Soldering iron stand for the TS80P soldering iron. The iron can be dropped in and retained, even with a heavy cable pulling it down it remains seated and will tip the entire stand before removing the iron. ( Although once tipped the iron…
A case and and soldering station for the Miniware TS80p soldering iron. The case snugly fits the soldering iron handle along with three tips. The soldering station accommodates a spool of solder, brass wool tip cleaner, USB-C power cord…
I've printed it with pegs down, and pegs up — they both work great, but I'd recommend pegs down so that the visible surface when mounted is ‘pretty’ without the bridging visible.
Just updated name to TS80P as the original says TS80 which triggers my OCD ;). All credits to the original poster.
This case is inspired by this Thingiverse Model . The case was a bit to small for me and had some minor issues. So I modelled my own :) The icon for the Soldering Iron was made by Bakunetsu Kaito and can be found here . — Parts For…
Since none of the Omnifixo cases on printables seems to fit the TS80P soldering iron, I designed one. It would probably also work for the Pinecil, TS80, or TS100 soldering irons, but I haven't tested it. Otherwise it also holds the power…
I love my TS80P soldering iron and my IKEA SKADI pegboard! This print holds a TS80P, two spare tips and a Solder Pig. If you enjoy the things I produce, buy me a coffee . Print settings 0.2 mm layer height 15% infill 4 walls no supports…
Made another solder iron holder - small and petite for this great TS80P. Holds metal spoon cleaner and solder tin spool holder with guide because i always loose my spools !! :-)
The TS80p is the soldering iron with the best price-performance ratio. Although it is just USB-C powered with a max power consumption of. 30W, it outperforms much higher powered irons. This is achieved by a clever design where the heat is…
Soldering station for Baseus 65W charger and USB C powered soldering iron. Prints with no support Holder uses 608 bearing, M3 Nut and Bolt. (Would suggest 6900 bearing for TS80). M3 nut and screw Print vertically (as shown in the picture)
Printed with Prusament PETG Jet Black 0.3mm no rafts or supports required.
I had a few issues with the existing version of the stand for @termiman's and @PjotrStrog's soldering iron cases. The stand was a loose fit in the case when stored, causing it to fall out, and it was slightly fiddly to remove. The stand…
