Before assembling, go back and forth between the jaws several times to smooth a bit the surface as shown in the image below:

Printing tips :
for the jaws, I recommend printing them at 45° as shown in the picture and setting the joint position to “rear” so as not to have the joint on the clamping surfaces.
for the threaded axle, I recommend activating the supports on the plate only and activating the border. I've also added a modifier to define a 100% fill at the pin location.
