This solar light set (see link below) is designed to mount onto a stake driven into the ground. This bracket facilitates mounting the solar panel onto a deck, trellis, arbor, tree, etc..

There are three files, all accommodate a 15mm diameter shaft:
Closed ring, open bottom, thru fit
Open ring, snap fit
Closed ring, closed bottom, captive fit

I printed in PETG with 4 outer walls and 30% infill for strength.
