Used a 2" cable pass through from local hardware, and didn't like the hole left on the bottom, so I designed this.

Put simple I used a 2" cable pass through like the one in the pics, and because the Ikea lack tables are hollow it drove me nuts. Then I quickly designed this to press in from the bottom. Looks much better. If you can't find a pass through for the top let me know, and I'll design one real quick to add to this.

I printed mine in PETG, but Pla, or PLA + would probably be fine.
35% Infill (Cubic or Gyroid).
.3 Layer Height.
No Support, No Rafts, Brim Optional.
(Only use brim if you have bed adhesion issues).
