As respooling any is always a hacky process, this drill adapter is a very simple model to put into your drill to help you respool. I've used this on old spools by just binding this Tool against the spool using cable ties. I recommend…

What this is This is a spool intended to fit large quantities of spool-less filament to respool it onto a "normal" spool. It could also be used as a variable refill spool. Through my own stupidity and a “little” accident I dropped an…

Hand crank for the Pastamatic spool rewinder. I like the idea of a hand crank but the original design was difficult to use. This one has more clearance and a longer bit. I also made quite a bit of changes to the appearance. Let me know…

This remix uses a 1/2" socket hole because that's what I found convenient to use. Compatible with gen 1 & 2 of the universal spool holder. For the quick-lock nut you need: 3x M3x8 ISO 10642/DIN 7991 Countersunk Head Screw 3x M3x6 ISO…

This is a remixed model designed for smaller spools with a width of 48mm. I have smaller spools myself, so I had to modify the original design to fit my needs. This version might also be useful for others who have similar spool sizes and…
I got a bunch of (Free) tiny 250gr spools from chinese scammers but since those won't work with most auto-filament-feed systems I needed a way to re-spool the filament on regular 1kg spools. I don't need it to be tidy only to be on spools…
This re-spooler works similar-ish to what the Filamentalist project uses but is adapted to work with the "Auto-Rewind Spool Holder for RepRack" and some inspiration taken from the re-spooler in the 8-track project . For full details head…
I printed it in Sunlu PLA+ using the 0.2mm Strong OrcaSlicer profile (6 walls, 10-15% Cross Hatch infill) on my Bambu Labs X1Carbon. A brim is wise on the axle, or it may lift at the threaded end. No supports are needed for anything…

I looked around for respoolers but couldn't find anything that seemed as convenient as I wanted it to be. This basically adapts a universal spool holder by closing the inside of the shaft and adding a hole that perfectly houses a long hex…

This is a drill attachment to refill empty Auto Feed Spools (AFS) using .065" replacement trimmer line. I originally created this to cut down on waste, but the trimmer line I used to refill the spools actually seems to last longer than…
A simple and minimal filament spool winder that is fairly quick to print and easy to store. I liked all the fancy spool winders on Printables but I didn't want to spend so much time and effort on something I would use infrequently, so I…

This is just a remix of the Wheel Drives, but with heatserts for some of us that are a bit more heavy handed.
I have a lot of problems with the original Boxturtle Respooler wheels. The original design worked fine if you used PLA, but it didn't account for thermal expansion/shrinkage of ABS. Even with my chamber temperature stable(60c +-1c), the…
This is a small wire spool that I designed to help cable manage my desk. I ended up using 3 of these (3 power strips) and some zip-ties to manage the underside/power for my desk items. This has multiple holes for zip-ties to be passed…
I post two versions of spools: One with full closed side which prints fastest. Another with partly open sides. This in four colors, MMU or AMS needed. The shims fit perfectly, I carried them over from original. One crucial improvement is…
How to use put two spools of filament onto the center column. The full spool goes on the top, the spool you would like to put filament on goes on the bottom. Wind the filament around the guiding column, and spin both spools simultaneously
YES, again next Filament Respooler , BUT…. like always, I dont like complicated things, i used an idea from others , but i did printable almost without suports. and also more stronger. My print from others was weak, lot of suports and lot…

Add a 6mm hex bit to the base and chuck into a drill to make respooling filament faster.
The wire I have was spooled around various diameters, so I need different spools to hold them nicely, without rewinding.

But it also fits approx. 4m of 1mm solder wire very well. You will just need 3pcs of 3mm woodscrews, with a thread length of up to 8mm, i used screws with 6mm long threads. Countersunk or flat head screws, it depends on your preference…
So, I ordered some filament on 2kg spools, but those don't fit any of my other spool holders and won't fit atop my MK3Ses, so, I needed to re-spool the filament to 2 “normal", 1kg spools. I already use these spool holders for my…

I created this model to hold the hook up wire that I use in prototyping circuit boards. It is designed to hang on the bin rails we have on our work benches. The parts are designed to print without supports. The rear of the holder has a…
This is a respooler for the Prusament spools to hold either samples, or to pull filament off of another spool. I designed this over the course of 5 days in Fusion 360, and it's my first model that I've created using the program. I…
This is a remix for the motorbox for the Automatic Filament Rewinder made by Warpster . This motorbox holds 2 nema 17 motors, instead of one, driving the axis that winds up the spool. Since I was having trouble winding with one stepper…

v2.0: Added a version with larger hole, for people who print without hole compensation. --- Check original for more info. Didn't have the USA size bit so decided to remix this to fit my own. Uses a 6mm hex bit (modeled it at 6,1mm to fit…
Designed a quick and dirty Adapter from a 9.5mm to a 6.25mm socket bit for the Respool Tool. Now it fits to the smaller bit on my bit-set. Used a hammer and a little force to put it in the orig. Respool Tool. :) Now I could use it with my…
Wanted to reduce the amount of filament used compared to the hex version. wanted to be able to see the amount of filament remaining, a space for the filament sticker, and an “attractive“ design, something a little different. managed to…
This is not standalone, combine this with the Ultimate Filament Respooler . Print it, and stick it on it. It is flat, but holds just fine.
I am a big fan of all of the upgrades designed for the BambuLabs ReSpooler by @Damian27 . My printer (BambuLabs X1C) struggled to print the Handle with no supports. So, I thought I would give a shot Designing one that is a bit more…
Updated stability Mod for - Mechanical transfer device for respooling filament. Prints on a single plate.
I didn't have the correct bit (3/8" (9.5mm) socket adaptor drill bit) for The Respool Tool (https://www.printables.com/model/325988-the-respool-tool-respooler-) so i made one. Printed in PLA with 6 walls, 5 top and bottom layers and with…

If you're looking to transfer another brand's filament onto an original Bambu Lab master spool without modifying it, you probably need this. It fits perfectly and has holes to lock the filament onto it. No support needed.
Introducing the 8mm hexbolt remix of the very nice model made by Geert Bevin. I found myself in a situation that incorporated big filamentspools, printers of various sizes, not enough desk space and a considerable amount of small presents…
I found some old filament in a box, but the spools didn't fit on my enclosure's spool carrier. I'm trying to figure out how to do stuff in Blender and thought this would be a fairly easy project. Respooler Files filamentRespoolerBit -…
I recently needed to respool a spool of filament because the original spool wasn't compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS. All already existing models needed some additional hardware, which I just didn't wanted to bother getting. Thus I…
*Be sure not to push the filament end in too much, as the hole is tapered and it may become too tight for the AMS to pull it out, I have been pushing it in about halfway as pictured and it comes out easily* No more hook ends at the end of…

Print the screw sideways and use support for the bit that goes in the drill, the rest can be printed without supports. I used “paint on supports” in Bambu studio. Also for the ring, use inner > outer walls ordering otherwise you might…
