Key Features
100% Screwless / Click-in-Place Design: No bolts, heat-set inserts, or glue needed—everything snaps securely together.
Low Center of Gravity: Keeps large, heavy, or uneven spools from tipping over.
Low Friction: Features raised rings around the bearings to minimize side friction between the holder walls and the spool edge.
High rim on the holder so that the spools cannot simply slide out of the fixture.

- Universal Compatibility: Works seamlessly with standard spool outer diameters from 185 mm up to 300 mm.

Different Versions
1. Steplessly Adjustable (With Dynamic Flex-Bridge)
Features a smooth sliding connection bar held by an internal printed spring clip. It holds firmly in place but dynamically adapts and absorbs small irregularities if an uneven spool wall exerts force. (Extenders available upon request!)

2. Fixed Bridge
A rigid, perfectly spaced bridge designed specifically for standard spools with a width of 65mm.
3. Independent / Standalone Pods (No Bridge):
Separate left and right feet with no connecting bar. Perfect for extra-wide spools, cardboard spools, or custom setups.
Print Settings & Hardware Requirements
- Bearings Needed: 4x Standard 608 Bearings (e.g., 608-2RS or 608-ZZ)
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm
- Infill: 15% – 20% (Grid, Gyroid, or Adaptive Cubic).
- Walls / Perimeters: 2-3 walls.
- **Supports:** No supports required! Designed to print cleanly out of the box.
- Material: PLA or PETG are fine :)
Assembly Instructions
1. Print four side rails and your choice of connecting bridge (Adjustable, Fixed, or Standalone).
2. Add the 608 bearings to the side rails and close them.
3. Snap the bottom components into the side rails until they click firmly into place.
If you use the variable brdige: Slide the 2 pieces together :)
Optional: Add some anti slip adhesive beneath the fixed or single click plates.
