The Clicky-Clack Fridge Door Mod for Voron 2.4 and Trident printers is one of the best mods you can do to your Voron printer. The mod uses some rubber strip (aka “panel clamps”) that sits between the extrusion and the acrylic panel. To…

Did not like the opening above the bracket which showed the cables running behind the screen from above. One of the main perks of having the 1.2 version of the HDMI5 screen is the ability to hide the cables better, and this aids with…

I did the awesome “clicky-clack fridge door” mod. But the visibility of my screen was partly blocked by the protruding extrusion of the door. So I remixed this model and it worked out great!
Introduction Because I found the original Clicky Clacky Fridge Door by whopping_Voron to lack sealing against the entire length of the frame of the printer, I've created this mod that splits the handle into two smaller units, as well as…

After trying to convince myself that "not being able to see the entire screen after the clicky-clack mod wasn't too bad" didn't work, i made a remix of Ken226's BTT screen mount. Noticed my door was scraping the top of the case, so i…

A modified version of @DETMan's BTT HDMI5 Mount for Clicky Clack Door for use with the stealthchanger Door Buffer. Print with normal voron settings.
The BTT HDMI5 V1.2 display moved the HDMI and usb cables to be perpendicular to the PCB, so older versions of this mount won't work. These files should work with the Clicky Clacky door mod, and/or the Door Buffer for Stealthchanger. There…

Plug-in mesh inserts for thick skirt for clicky clack door
The LDO voron kit comes with a BTT-pi TFT43 touchscreen and a mount for it. With a 2cm-thick clicky-clack door, the screen needs a deeper mount - this is the stock “thick” mount (and the model by rchamp uses the same depth, but adds a…

I upgraded my Trident corner extrusions from 2020 to 4040s and that rendered the original printed pieces unusable. New parts needed are the hinges and latch hinges, however to make the mounting more accurate and a bit smoother based on my…
Excellent jig by motocoder, I just had issues with being able to accurately see marks to cut strips to proper length.
Now with M6 mounting! These parts are designed for hinges on the left, handle on the right. The handle could be flipped to the left but the hinges would need mirrored. This is sized for two 3030 extrusions with about 0.75mm (.03in)…
This printable file contains only the modified bracket that allows for more space around the USB connector. For the rest of the parts (screen frame), consult the original model.

Gives mini-fridge doors a stealthy look and pushes ever so slightly on the panel to reduce vibrations. I used M3x6 screws along with M3 nut traps to lock the corners in place. Pics are from my v0 and Micron.

Replacement rivets for Ecosoft Pink Softener with Clack WS PI (disc valve) model.
Printing PLA (perhaps PETG/TPU and so on too?) with a well-enclosed printer requires the door to be open. My Clicky-Clack Door on my Voron 2.4 (should fit a Trident aswell) sagged a bit over time and as a result of that keeps swinging…
Adjusted original design from 2020 extrusions to 3030 and modified to fit V-Core 300, larger printers will most likely need more hinges, possibly beefed up deisgn. Adapted to 6mm panels. Notes: Panels don't require complicated cuts, just…

Created this mod to keep my Micron style all in sync instead of exposing bare blind joints or using other covers that don't follow the Micron aesthetics.
I used PETG for its higher wear and it's increased mass over PLA. Have not testes with PLA but I would bet they would work well.
lid for rain gutter - the old one broke so I made a new model and printed it

After doing the mod had a little sag on the latch side to threw this on to keep it all aligned nicely
Looking at the giant step beneath the clicky clack door bugged me, so i spent entirely far too much time on this remix. Tolerances are kind of stupidly tight because im bad :D The center section reuses the parts from the original skirt,…
Alternative handle suitable for thicker panels. Handle is mounted on the printer frame instead of the door, allowing to be mounted regardless of the thickness of your panels. Motion is limited to 20 degrees and handle in closed state is…

I was frustrated by how weak the clicky clacky hinges seemed to be, and how they wouldn't stay parallel to the extrusion when I tightened them down so I decided to re-design them. No supports needed. Recommend 40% infill. You will also…
I made a test linkage. Printed it. The kids loved it and wanted more of them in the world so demanded I post it as a Fidget toy. And here we are. Perhaps not the most creative model, but it should work reasonably well at a wide range of…
In the situation where you are using MGN12 rails for the Y and/or Z rails, the extra width of the carriage means you need to space out the acrylic side panels. A common technique is to use 5mm thick EDP adhesive tape instead of the 1mm…
