Large tray that fits in your PrintDry machine to quickly dry/recharge desiccant by allowing it to be distributed in a thin layer with lots of ventilation. It Really Works! Want a PrintDry filament Dryer? https://amzn.to/3TMjGsW (affiliate…
The PrintDry PRO filament dryer includes a couple of rubber adapters for different size spool center holes. However they will not fit spools with large center holes. This adapter will fit most spools with center holes up to about 80mm…
I like my PrintDry Pro filament dryer, but the spool adapters that came with it didn't fit Sunlu filament spools, which have an inner diameter of about 70 to 72 mm. UPDATE 2/16/2022: I was asked if I could create an adapter for 50mm ID…
This model is provided by PrintDry. It is a plug for a PrintDry Pro that has a channel for a PTFE tube to pass through the port.
Set slicer; Loops to 0, and Elephant foot compensation to 0 (why this is a Default is beyond me!) and fist layer height to .2mm. Import PrintDry-ClipV2.step into prusa slicer. Right click on PrintDry-ClipV2 and “Split to Ojects”, Slice…
Edit Jan 9, 2026: After 2 years service, the PETG model was quite warped. I reprinted with PC-CF. Edit Sept 16, 2024: Added Unified model for large format printers. This is a sturdy shelf for the PrintDry Filament Dryer PRO3 intended to…
Holds a standard round hygrometer in the newer style PrintDry single spool container. Inspired by the original, but that doesn't fit the container that came with the latest PrintDry Pro system. Remodeled from scratch to need less in the…
A printable replacement spindle for the original PrintDry filament dryer, which fits Polymaker Cardboard Spools. The hole on the polymaker spools is almost the exact diameter of the manufacturer spindle, so it drops through. This one is…
Stackable containers to hold Desiccant in a PrintDry filament drier, in a variety of shapes and sizes. I started off with the thin round ones around the outside - they fit between the outside of a spool and the walls of the PrintDry, so…
I just bought some 3D Hero Wood PLA filament, and none of my Spindale plugs would fit, it has a very large center hole. This one fits perfect. It doesn't stick up so far that the lid won't fit. I printed mine out of some Carbon Fiber…
Short spindle to use with the PrintDry. If your spools have a smaller hole diameter like the Taulman spool this will allow you to use it on the top rack without interfering with the lid. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer:…
This is a PrintDry vacuum holder for the GridFinity storage system. It fits in a 1x2 GridFinity unit but the footprint of the receptacle is deeper than one unit. This was meant to be used with single row base plates such as this one . It…

I wanted to add a single layer to my PrintDry Pro drier. The layer has holes in them to thread in 1/8 NPT fittings for flament to exit or plugs to fill unused holes. I printed it fast with a big layer height. Printed PETG, .45 layer…
I made a simple print to keep my spools where I want in my dryer. Four different versions with or without a flange and different overlap. Printed PETG 0.2 layer 15% infill with supports The Big Split models don't need support I added the…
I wanted to have a holder for the vacuum tool for the PrintDry vacuum containers, couldn't find a file online so I designed one myself. I used #5, ½ inch screws which worked good for attaching it to some 2x4's.
Handy mount for your PrintDry plug! Its designed to allow for it to be mounted in three ways: Magnetically On a Honeycomb Pegboard Directly to the wall The back side includes spaces for magnets to be installed flush with the back surface.
Buy some 15mm OD copper pipe and cut this at 27cm Hammer in these ends, ensure the angle is the same! (use plastic hammer) And it fits just like the original short bars. I recommend to print with HT-PET, solid, with 3 perimeters.
Large Spool Kit (LSK) adds additional section to the PrintDry Filament Dryer PRO/PRO3 which comes with two original sections. This new section allows for drying 3kg & 5kg spools. The dryer comes with a connector that binds the two…
A pegboard holder for the PrintDry filament storage container's vacuum pump Category: Tool Holders & Boxes
I wanted a way to see humidity for my spools that I store in the PrintDry VS206 airtight containers (https://www.printdry.com/product/vacuum-sealed-filament-container). This print is shaped to match the side wall contour and to notch on…
My PrintDry Pro came with clips that go on the mounting rod on both sides to keep the spool in place. I wanted to purchase additional clips. Unfortunately PrintDry does not sell them as a separate item. So instead they sent me the stl…
This is a remix of my previous PrintDry spoolholder. This version will sit without wobbling as it includes a base. I have also rotated the exit guide so it won't bind on narrow spools such as Filamentum. Here's a link to the original…
These Trays provide more efficient and effective drying of silica gel packs and raw beads in the PrintDry Pro filament dryers. The Half Trays will print in a Prusa Core One, the full trays require a 300mm size printer. To dry raw beads…
Still a work in progress... Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: rn Post-Printing Punch through hole You will have to punch through the hole above the…
The rubber spool holders supplied with my PrintDry did not fit the centres of the filament spools I have been using. this resulted in the spools falling off when printing direct from the dryer, which resulted in a couple of failed prints.…
For reasons unknown, I keep losing the rubber feet on the bottom of my PrintDry Pro box when moving it between printers. Here's a replacement for them. I printed a set with Overture TPU, 0.3mm layer height, 2 perimeters. They're VERY…
I needed a way to get my Coex 5lb spool to fit in the PrintDry Pro (with large spool extension). I came up with this. Several prototypes to get the dimensions just right. Suggested Material: PETG or ABS (or higher temp resistant…
The stock ones came with some rubber graument (HORRIBLE) and metal rollers (EVEN WORST QUALITY) get hot and melts the spool holder. V2 with ballbearing coming soon that can print directly from the printdry box with any snagging. Hva
PrintDry Polymaker Spool Holder adapter Center Diameter 19.5mm 54mm main Diamter 70 outer flange Diameter 64mm overall height
Remixed slightly from original design by OTE. The shaft is longer now to accommodate a 5kg roll for the 5kg kit. The hard inserts in the rubber donuts work their way out during printing, especially with heat in the chamber. I was already…
PrintDry only gives you a few plugs for the PRO3 model. Print these to fill the remaining holes. Models for both sealed and PTFE access holes. Examples printed in 3DXTech 3DX-STAT TPU but any flexible will work.
Do you also think the normal clips for the PrintDry containers suck? Well this is the model for you! Not only does this new clip design solve the problem with the original design it is also * almost* Print-In-Place! The BEST part is the…
Remix of PrintDry Bowden Adapter by clintfisher Found that the Bowden tube would sometimes get pushed out of the adapter when feeding filament through. Added M6 threads to screw in a PC4-M6 Pneumatic Fitting. Also made the part of the…
I wanted a way to dry out and recharge a large number of desiccant packets, so I designed these racks for my PrintDry Pro. Two racks can be placed per level so the standard dryer can use up to four of these racks. The PrintDry manual says…
For when you don't need to have all the PrintDry trays stacked for drying only a couple spools. I've included a merged file for sending direct to your slicer and the standard file with all parts grouped for being able to modify. Created…
I wanted to plug up the holes on my original print dry, so that the air just flows up through the top. I printed this with TPU and it works great! Snug fit, but still removable by hand as needed. Tapered tip makes it easier to insert.…
You usually put two 1kg spool inside PrintDry Pro. I don't, I put four 1kg spool and dry them together. The black rubber prevents you from doing it, yet without the black rubber, your spool is too low and overheat from the hot air. So…
Original is for drying desiccant packs by themselves, this one is for loose desiccant (but could be used with packs by adjusting print settings) and works with the center spool support still installed, so you can have a spool on one side…
Plug the holes in the PrintDry system to keep warm air from escaping from spots you don't want. There are several other PrintDry plugs available here which are pretty much two cylinders. While they work, I had a couple issues with them,…
A very niche model used to tidy up my filament storage. I use PrintDry™ Filament Container 6 Per Box (pictured on the left) to store my filament, and Vesken Shelves to keep them organized. The containers don't quite touch the bottom of…
A printable replacement spindle for the original PrintDry filament dryer. The procedural CAD model (Alibre CAD) is also included in the .zip file for easy customization.
I designed a small plug to fill the unused Print Dry Dryer ports. Printed in PETG .15mm layer height.
Remix of gdrag's model using the original Fusion360 file and adding a base for it to sit on. Base is same diameter as the circular pad of the container. Should do better than using a few packs of silica gel. Spools slide over. Fits Bambu…
I have a love/hate relationship with my PrintDry Pro. It has an additional chamber for two more spools for a total of four (4) spools. It works great for distribution with fast and easy filament changes which is what I love about it, not…
I just got the PrintDry 2.0 and didn't like all the open holes letting extra heat into my print area. Decided to make these up to plug the holes. Printed in Ninjaflex but I imagine any flexible filament would work…probably any regular…
The TPU/rubber wheels that come with the dryer and are supposed to fit into the filament spools wear out after some time and fall off, potentially wreaking havoc on a print. I got tired of it and designed this. Simply put the existing…
Unscrew and replace the existing filament guide with this one. Much easier to insert and remove the PTFE tube. Attach the PTFE connector first, then screw the printed pieces together. Make sure the PTFE connector is on the outside of the…
Created this for a printdry i bought used. It came with just a printed holder, made to be fitted in the other direction, to allow bigger spools. You will need some sort of rods to put through the drums. I used 8mm rods 13cm long. You need…
If you own a [PrintDry Pro] ( https://www.matterhackers.com/store/l/printdry-pro-filament-drying-system/sk/MSMLZFKZ ) you probably discovered the included spool holders don't accommodate prusament spools (the smallest holder is too…
I like Kyle's plugs for the feeding holes in the PrintDry 2.0 Pro dryer. I was trying to find the best way to print TPU directly from the dry box and ended up with running a PTFE tube to my Mk3S. I found a couple of adaptors for PC4…
I liked @veggysaurus's model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4723307) but I didn't have a need for two guides and didn't want to have the connecting rod. So I remixed the design to use a M3-16 screw and M3 hex nut to hold the 608…
My PrintDry system came with metal fittings that were a straight-thru hole of about 6.8-6.9mm. Not sure what is supposed to be used with these as a standard 4mm PTFE tube passes right through. I designed these parts to replace those…
The stock spindles for the PrintDry filament dryer were too small to work properly with Overture's spools, but too large to work with inserts, so I made this spindle to increase the size range of spools which can work properly. This can…
